If you’re interested in fostering a dog through The Rescue Pack Company, please fill out the form below. Once you submit the application, our team will review the information and reach out to you.

Before fostering, The Rescue Pack Company requires an initial home inspection.  After that, there will be scheduled follow-up inspections every six months to ensure the well-being of the dog.
